He served as the DOT’s Director of Federal Government Relations throughout most of the 1990s and was Director of the Office of Government Relations from 1999-2003, overseeing both state and federal legislative matters for the agency. Tim also serves as an employer trustee on the Minnesota Cement Masons Health and Welfare plan (Board Chairman) and Pension Funds. He is a 1985 graduate of the University of Minnesota with B.A Degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice. Tim and his wife Karen live in Eagan, MN. They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
