Jeff Kurth
President |
Jeff Kurth, PE, DBIA, is an Associate with 15 years of experience for SRF Consulting Group, Inc., a civil engineering firm headquartered in Minneapolis, MN with offices throughout the Midwest. As part of the Construction Services group, Mr. Kurth's work focuses on public transportation and transit projects for state, county, city, and other government and quasi-government clients. He has 10 years of experience in construction management and quality oversight, including several large scale design-build transportation and transit projects.

Lisa Breuer

Lisa Breuer, PE (MN, ND, SD, MI, WY), is a Senior Engineering Project Manager for Anderson Engineering of Minnesota. With over 35 years of experience, Lisa currently leads a multi-disciplinary team in the planning efforts for large construction projects at VA Medical Centers across the county. Previous work includes projects with the pipeline industry, the mining industry, and general civil engineering.
Ms. Breuer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geo-Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Idaho. Lisa is an insightful and accomplished leader as recognized by state and national level awards and evidenced by a record of success overseeing all phases of projects and managing teams. She was recognized as the National Young Engineer of the Year (1999) by the National Society of Professional Engineers. In addition to serving on the DBIA-UMR Board, Lisa serves on the ACEC-MN Board, the Maple Lake Property Owners Association Board and on the executive committee of the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders Alumni. |
Eric Sahnow

Eric Sahnow, AIA, is a Project Manager at HGA where he works in coordination with clients and engineers to bring highly technical and complex projects to communities that enhance both the people served and those who live and work around these facilities. His work focuses on healthcare projects throughout the Upper Midwest area including HealthPartners hospitals and clinics, Aspirus Health Systems, and Marshfield Clinics.
Mr. Sahnow is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Minnesota chapter, NCARB, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies degree from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. |

Zac Anunson, PE(MN), DBIA is the Regional Quality Manager for the Midwest Region of Ames Construction. Ames Construction is a full-service, heavy civil, and industrial general contractor that operates throughout North America and is headquartered in Burnsville, MN. Zac has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with the last seven years managing quality processes on multiple Design-Build projects. Zac has developed quality procedures for a wide range of construction elements to help ensure proper training and processes to occur for a high-quality project from design through construction on multiple Design-Build projects.
Zac is a registered professional engineer in the state of Minnesota and a Design-Build Professional with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. |
John Puls

John Puls, P.E., Assoc. DBIA, is a Senior Engineer for GeoStabilization International, a fully integrated design-build geotechnical construction and engineering firm with a passion to develop and install innovative solutions that protect people and infrastructure from the dangers of geohazards. In this role, he provides design and construction support to clients in multiple states to identify and solve their geotechnical challenges in a collaborative environment.
Prior to joining GeoStabilization, Mr. Puls has performed in a variety of roles including Geotechnical Design Engineer, Design Phase Manager, and Alternative Delivery Manager. He has been exposed to a wide range of projects with the unique opportunity of experiencing the design-build process from both the contractor and engineer perspectives. With a passion for creating high performing teams built on a foundation of trust, Mr. Puls' design-build experience allows for the execution of projects with strong partners who provide value to all stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University where he also serves as a member of the External Advisory Council for the Civil Engineering Department. |

Benjamin Dzioba, PE, PMP, DBIA, is the Market Manager for Alternative Delivery/Contractor Services for KLJ, a Civil Engineering firm headquartered in Bismarck, ND. As the Leader of KLJ’s Design-Build group, Mr. Dzioba develops strategic partnerships and oversees the successful pursuit and delivery of KLJ’s design-build work.

Andrew Moriarity

Andy Moriarity, DBIA, LEED AP BD+C is a Project Manager for Ryan Companies, a national design-build general contractor and real estate developer based in Minneapolis, MN. Proficient at design-build project delivery, his career reflects a diverse portfolio of experience including senior housing, health care, tenant improvements, multi-family, student housing, commercial, office, renewable energy, and industrial projects.
Prior to joining Ryan Companies in 2021, Mr. Moriarity spent several years as Project Manager with a national general contractor, five years working as a Project Manager for another national design-build general contractor, nearly two years as a Project Manager with a regional general contractor, and five years in project controls for a world-wide heavy industrial contractor. With over a decade of experience and as a Design-Build Professional (DBIA) and certified LEED AP BD+C, Mr. Moriarity has a passion for learning and collaborative projects. He also remains active within the regional AGC and USGBC organizations. Mr. Moriarity holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and minor in Business Administration from North Dakota State University where he also serves on the Construction Management and Engineering Departments Industry Advisory Council. |

He has been involved in the development of Design-Build RFP documents for several DOT’s.
