Lisa Breuer

Lisa Breuer, PE (MN, ND, SD, MI, WY), is a Senior Engineering Project Manager for Anderson Engineering of Minnesota. With over 35 years of experience, Lisa currently leads a multi-disciplinary team in the planning efforts for large construction projects at VA Medical Centers across the county. Previous work includes projects with the pipeline industry, the mining industry, and general civil engineering.
Ms. Breuer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geo-Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Idaho. Lisa is an insightful and accomplished leader as recognized by state and national level awards and evidenced by a record of success overseeing all phases of projects and managing teams. She was recognized as the National Young Engineer of the Year (1999) by the National Society of Professional Engineers. In addition to serving on the DBIA-UMR Board, Lisa serves on the ACEC-MN Board, the Maple Lake Property Owners Association Board and on the executive committee of the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders Alumni. |
Zac Anunson

Zac Anunson, PE(MN), DBIA is the Regional Quality Manager for the Midwest Region of Ames Construction. Ames Construction is a full-service, heavy civil, and industrial general contractor that operates throughout North America and is headquartered in Burnsville, MN. Zac has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with the last seven years managing quality processes on multiple Design-Build projects. Zac has developed quality procedures for a wide range of construction elements to help ensure proper training and processes to occur for a high-quality project from design through construction on multiple Design-Build projects.
Zac is a registered professional engineer in the state of Minnesota and a Design-Build Professional with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. |

Bryan Field, PE, DBIA is a Senior Project Manager with KLJ, a Civil Engineering firm headquartered in Bismarck, ND. Bryan has over 18 years of geotechnical and project management experience with heavy highway, design-build, and other conventional transportation and private projects throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
Bryan is a registered Professional Engineer in Minnesota, Design Build Professional (DBIA), and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. |
Mario Ratnaraj

Mario Ratnaraj, PE is an Engineer with more than 10 years of experience for HNTB Corporation, an infrastructure firm headquartered in Kansas City, MO with offices throughout the nation. As part of the Bridge group, Mario’s work focuses on bridge design from preliminary to final design to construction of large complex projects. He has been involved in the development of Design-Build RFP documents for several DOT’s.
Mario is a registered professional engineer in the state of Minnesota, holds Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and holds Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. |

Jeff Kurth, PE, DBIA, is a Project Manager for SRF Consulting Group, Inc., a Civil Engineering firm
headquartered in Minneapolis, MN with offices throughout the Midwest. He is part of the construction services group which focuses on public transportation and transit projects for state, county, city, and other government and quasi-government clients. He has 15 years of experience in construction management and quality oversight, including several large scale design-build transportation and transit projects. He is a registered professional engineer, design-build professional (DBIA), and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. |

Benjamin Dzioba, PE, PMP, DBIA, is the Market Manager for Alternative Delivery/Contractor Services for KLJ, a Civil Engineering firm headquartered in Bismarck, ND. As the Leader of KLJ’s Design-Build group, Mr. Dzioba develops strategic partnerships and oversees the successful pursuit and delivery of KLJ’s design-build work.
With over fifteen years of industry experience and as a registered Professional Engineer, Design-Build Professional (DBIA), and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Mr. Dzioba has a passion for creative collaboration and to succeed in whatever he undertakes while meeting the highest of ethical standards. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mr. Dzioba sums up his personal brand in three words: innovation, integration, integrity. |

Leo Kuczenski is a Senior Project Quality Manager with HNTB Corporation, an infrastructure firm headquartered in Kansas City, MO with offices throughout the country. He is part of the Design-Build division leading the design quality management implementation on a variety of DB projects across the nation. Leo has over 16 years of experience in Quality Management spanning transit, heavy civil construction, design, engineering, and manufacturing in the U.S and Brazil.

Mike Martin, P.E. M.N. is a Senior Manager of Self Perform at McGough construction. Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2005. He worked for Meyer Borgman Johnson as a structural engineer from 2007 to 2012 on a variety of projects and unique services including connection design. Since joining McGough Construction in 2012, he has been involved with many projects, most notably the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts in St. Paul MN, Essentia Vision Northland Hospital in Duluth MN and RBC Gateway Tower in Minneapolis MN. Mike is currently responsible for leading McGough’s Self-Perform preconstruction efforts and serves as a structural advisor for constructability reviews and guidance on construction means and methods.

Carter Wetmore, PE is an Engineer with 9 years of experience working for Garver, an engineering firm with offices throughout the nation. As part of the Alternative Project Delivery group, Carter's work focuses on advising owners across the country in the development, procurement, and administration of large complex alternative delivery projects. He has 9 years of experience in preliminary and final design, development of RFP documents, and has held multiple roles as an owner’s rep in a design verification oversight capacity during construction.

Jennifer Dzioba is proud to come alongside the DBIA-UMR leadership as the DBIA Upper Midwest Region's Executive Director. With attention to detail and accuracy, dedication to quality of service, and commitment to excellence, she provides support and assistance to DBIA-UMR in its continued efforts to promote design-build information, education, advocacy, and networking opportunities to the Upper Midwest Region.
