DBIA-UMR Young Professionals Volunteer at Feed My Starving Children

DBIA-UMR’s Young Professionals Group participated in a meal packing event at Feed My Starving Children in Chanhassen, Minnesota on Thursday, December 7.  Volunteers at the event packed over 11,000 meals which is 

enough to feed 31 children for a full year.  Founded in 1987, Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit organization that provides nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children.  Meals are packaged by volunteers and shipped to children in need around the world.  DBIA-UMR Young Professionals also hosted a social hour after the volunteer event.  ​
